Time is running out for Maine railroad bomber
says director.

In a progress
update on the hunt for terrorist Werner
Horn, Director Ridge reassured members of
the press that the hunt for the Maine railroad
bomber was coming to a close.
"We
feel confident that the net is closing on
Werner Horn", said Director Ridge,
"we hope that he will be caught
and stand trial soon. Time is running out
for him."
Answering
criticisms that time had already run out
for Werner Horn and that he had been tried
in 1915 for the attack in Vanceboro, Maine,
the director said "..there is no
limitation to the passage of time in
these acts of terror. We say that Werner
Horn is planning further attacks on the
United States railroad system with weapons
of mass destruction and are currently collating
the evidence. We will take any means necessary
to prevent this terrorism from happening
again."
Department
of Home Security evidence indicates that
Werner Horn may have been working for a
foreign power. President Bush have previously
indicated that when this link has been established
that stern military action will be taken
against Horn's country of origin.
